Stir continuously during melting to ensure even heating. 3.Once the chocolate is liquid, pour it into the mold cavities. Use a tool to distribute the chocolate evenly while gently tapping the mold to release air bubbles. 4.Place the mold in a refrigerator set to 4–8°C (39–46°F) and allow the chocolate to cool and set for 1–2 hours. 5.After the chocolate has fully hardened, remove the mold from the refrigerator.
