Bolio hemp cloth is specially specified and tested through countless cups of coffee to filter just like paper, not clog, be easy to clean, and impart no additional taste into the coffee. Hemp cloth is unique in the strength of its fibers and specifically good at filtering for this reason. Cotton is a very short fiber, fuzzy and tends to disappear and leave massive holes in the filter just like your jeans as you use them more and more. We at bolio prefer not to drink our filters, just the coffee.
