• HAND WASH ONLY, AND NO HANGING HOLE BY DESIGN: The walnut handle is finished with food-safe oil and is not dishwasher safe; a quick rinse under warm water and a towel dry takes ten seconds. There is deliberately no drilled hole in the handle.
