Description
Hailing from Indonesian island of Sumatra, Mandheling beans are considered to be amongst the regions finest. A staple of coffee shops across the country, Sumatra is famously smooth and rich with an earthy and chocolaty flavor. At any roast level it is ideal as a dessert coffee or for those who avoid high-acid coffees. This bean is decaffeinated using the traditional Methylene Chloride process.
